AHIP’s Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum

The event, being planned by America’s Health Insurance Plans, will provide insight into the future of health technology, including infrastructure, mhealth, wearables and more.

National Association of Health Data Organizations’ Post-Election Town Hall Session

This election brings with it significant changes, likely more sweeping than we’ve experienced in our careers, if not lifetimes. The new administration is likely to roll back provisions of the ACA and redefine the role of government in health, creating uncertainty but perhaps also opportunities. The National Association of Health Data Organizations predicts that state health care data programs will play a key role in the system transformation, but that states and data agencies should prepare to respond to a dynamic, and even chaotic, environment.

Oral Health Briefing

Panelists will discuss a range of oral health topics featured in the December Health Affairs including the cost of care, access to services, oral health under Medicare and Medicaid and dental workforce issues.

Zero To Three Annual Conference

The three-day event includes sessions on a host of issues, from substance-abused infants and the impact of home visitation to trauma and family dynamics. Post-traumatic stress expert Bessel van der Kolk of Boston University Medical Center and Eric Rasmussen, and early childhood music expert at Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Institute, are among the plenary speakers.
