Ivanhoe health correspondent Kirsten Houmann dispensed some advice recently on how best to report health news. She hands out tips on everything from education to research to reader impact, but our favorite is her recommendation that “Medical journalists already working in the field can stay sharp on health reporting terminology and advancements by joining the Association of Health Care Journalists.”
