The federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says physicians participating in alternative payment models would be eligible for financial rewards under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 if they work in certain settings such as medical homes and in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
