This is the first news story to Massachusetts Nurses Association members about a health policy campaign (a ballot initiative) that aims to establish safe pateint care ratios inside the commonwealth’s hospitals. It needed to announce the news of the campaign launch and educate the membership on both the goals of the campaign and the steps invloved with gathering data, signatures and supports from Massachusetts voters.
