Last week, the Alliance for Health Policy held a briefing geared toward reporters who might not yet be fully up to speed on the specifics of health care reform. A copy of the web cast, transcript (83-page PDF) and related materials are all available online. 
According to AHR’s Bill Erwin, the briefing “summarized nine months of work on Health Policy” in 75 minutes. The discussion follows the threads of various programs and sources of money and ties them all together. Speakers were longtime AHR chief Ed Howard and Dean Rosen, a veteran of health policy with experience in both public and private sectors.
AHR also released an updated version of its Covering Health Issues sourcebook. AHCJ members should soon receive a copy of the source book, if they haven’t already.
