The fifth White House Regional Forum on Health Reform, this time in Los Angeles, is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. PST and will be webcast live.
It will be hosted by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire. People are invited to submit questions ahead of time.
