Medicaid expansion under the ACA provides individuals with an opportunity to improve their health care coverage, but it also provides homeless people with increased access to care. Historically, homeless people have had complex health issues and have a high uninsured rate.
The Kaiser Family Foundation will hold a web briefing to look at the impact of Medicaid expansion on the homeless.
