The National Indian Health Board holds its annual American Indian and Alaska Native National Behavioral Health Conference in Washington. The four-day event will look at community-based health services as well as address topics such as substance use, mental health and suicide prevention. This year’s event, focused on the theme of “Promoting Connections Between Culture and Purpose,” also includes NIHB’s Tribal Data Symposium on July 26.
