The Root Cause Coalition USA, a nonprofit group founded by ProMedica and the AARP Foundation to address hunger and other social determinants of health, holds a conference on “dynamic approaches to addressing the social determinants of health.”
This two-day event in Chicago features a range of speakers, including National Urban League President and CEO Marc Morial, St. Joseph Mercy Health System President and CEO Rob Casalou and American Hospital Association President and CEO Rick Pollack. Representatives from Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Feeding America and several universities also present.
