The Institute of Medicine holds a workshop on Effective Public Policy Solutions for Global Violence Prevention at the National Academies of Science in Washington, D.C.
The workshop will cover a wide range of violence directed toward children (including maltreatment), women and youth as well as the role alcohol can play.
