Disparate Income, Wealth and Opportunity: Implications for Social Insurance
The National Academy of Social Insurance holds its annual policy conference, titled Disparate Income, Wealth and Opportunity: Implications for Social Insurance, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The two-day event will examine the most recent data on growing income disparities, look at current trends and explore the potential for social insurance – such as Medicare, long-term care and workers’ compensation insurance – to curb disparities.
