This conference, expected to draw about 14,000 scientists, will feature topics ranging from chemistry’s role in establishing the innocence of people wrongly convicted of murder to a spray-on coating to keep America’s favorite fresh fruit (that’s the banana) from ripening so quickly.
Advance press registration and housing reservations are open, onsite registration is always welcome and the press package with almost 50 press releases and 30 press conferences is in the final stages of preparation for the embargoed sites on EurekAlert! and Newswise.
