This three-part series follows Derek Janiak and Logan Shannon, husband and wife, as they prepare for an organ transplant procedure. For the past decade, Derek has been suffering the effects of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease that’s slowly choking closed his bile ducts.
