The goal of “Surviving and Thriving in an Era of Mergers and Consolidations” was to take a look at a growing business trend in health care that is affecting physical therapists. The intent was to describe merger and consolidation activity and to provide readers with a “toolkit” to cope with mergers and consolidations–both on an individual and on a business level–as applicable.
