We showed the stories of Oregon’s most vulnerable consumers of health care to illustrate the potential impacts of the Affordable Care Act. I found people from diverse walks of life who have had difficulty in the old health insurance system — the very people the Affordable Care Act aimed to offer some relief. They were young, old, single, married and parents with young children.
