July 28: Story outlined a little-known tax in the Affordable Care Act that was about to be assessed on businesses. It funds an institute to study best practices in health care. Aug. 11: Speaking to physicians about how the ACA will impact them and how they’re using assistants to provide additional coverage. Lots of unknowns to them. Sept. 18: Gov Corbett suggested an alternative plan to ACA Medicaid expansion and we showed how some of the elements in his plan were rejected in other states’ applications in the past. Sept. 29: A detailed primer to people who might be eligible for ACA coverage about where to go, what to ask for and how to get help, using real life examples.
