This article describes the implementation of expanded cardiac services at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, MA. Through a collaboration with Boston Medical Center, residents are able to receive state-of-the-art care without the inconvenience of traveling to Boston. They can also be managed by their own primary care physicians with the addition of renowned cardiologists to their healthcare team. Services and members of the Jordan staff are highlighted in this piece. Relevant procedures and equipment are also discussed. In short, this article focuses on the impact of new programs and services for the Jordan Hospital community and the dedication of the people who provide this care.
