Randy Dotinga has been a full-time freelance journalist for more than 20 years. He writes about medicine/science, history, books, and the odd & unusual. His clients range from The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, and dozens of medical trade publications to CrimeReads and Noir City Magazine, a journal about film noir. He is former president of the American Society of Journalists & Authors.
