Organizations that participate in Medicare’s accountable care organization (ACO) investment model program (called AIM ACOs) can be physician practices, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), rural health clinics (RHCs), critical access hospitals (CAHs) or other acute hospitals with no more than 100 beds.
