The Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee, the Anesthetic and Life Support Drugs Advisory Committee and the Nonprescription Drugs Advisory Committee will meet for two days to discuss over-the-counter and prescription acetaminophen and the risks of liver problems that arise when patients take more than the recommended daily amount of the drug.
