Media-Only Breakfast on Medicaid Expansion
Susan Dentzer, senior policy adviser at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation — and on-air analyst for the PBS NewsHour — will convene an informal, media-only discussion on state Medicaid reforms.
The discussion will include a national overview of state progress in Medicaid expansion; initiatives in states that are pursuing alternatives to Medicaid expansion, such as premium assistance to purchase private insurance coverage; and other reforms designed to improve the value of care provided to Medicaid enrollees.
