What do employees at large companies think about the Affordable Care Act? The National Business Group on Health will announce the results of a survey on this topic on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m., at the National Press Club. The results of the survey are embargoed until then. For journalists who cannot attend the announcement, NBGH will broadcast the event online.
For the survey, “Employer Perspectives on the Future of Health Benefits and Health Care Delivery,” researchers interviewed 1,520 employees from large employers (those with more than 2,000 workers. The survey was conducted from July 30 to August 8. The researchers assessed the employees’ level of understanding about the ACA, what they think will happen to their health insurance premiums in the coming years, and their comfort level with public and private exchanges.
