The Big Cities Health Coalition (BCHC), the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and the March of Dimes will host a webinar for reporters to discuss the threat posed by the Zika virus in the summer of 2017. Experts will review the ongoing state of the outbreak; the role of local health departments in fighting the disease; impacts to mothers, babies, and families; and how combatting it could be undermined as federal funding wanes.
Experts will offer a variety of perspectives on the fight against the Zika virus. This webinar is only open to members of the press.
To RSVP, please contact Liz Voyles at liz@brassrc.com.
