Preventing Bullying Through Science, Policy, and Practice

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine releases its report on preventing bullying entitled, “Preventing Bullying Through Science, Policy, and Practice.”

The report focuses on children ages 5 to 18 and weighs in on: available information on bullying’s biological and psychosocial effects, factors that increase or decrease bullying, and whether zero-tolerance policies are effective. It also includes the academies’ recommendations.
