Miami-Dade County Judge Steve Leifman, Harvard University addiction medicine expert John Kelly, author Thomas Joiner, New York Times’ Elisabeth Rosenthal, Yale University’s Sally Satel, former U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, actress Anna Deavere Smith are among the keynote speakers. Panel sessions will address a range of addiction issues such as opioids, alcohol and marijuana, as well as treatment, criminal justice and other related issues.
