The National Academies of Science’s Health and Medicine Division (formerly the Institute of Medicine) holds a one-day public workshop to discuss community-based health literacy interventions.
The event, held at NAS in Washington, D.C., will be hosted by the division’s Roundtable on Health Literacy and livestreamed on its website. The workshop will feature work conducted by the Horowitz Center for Health Literacy at the University of Maryland School of Public Health.
