Forum: Why are Healthcare Prices So High, and What can be Done about Them?

The Kaiser Family Foundation and the Peterson Center on Healthcare team up for a forum on understanding why the U.S. spends so much on health care and practical steps that could be taken to address the high prices.  Two new analyses will be released. (There is no livestream but KFF will have a recording on its website later that day)

The forum will be held at the  Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. KFF’s Larry Levitt will moderate and speakers include KFF’s Gary Claxton and Peterson’s  Jay Want as well as other researchers, academics, and representatives of the drug and insurance industries. More details here.
