The American consumer's focus on personal health is merging with a growing interest in global health. As people shift to products that are "green" and good for their bodies, community and the Earth – something some analysts call "conscientious consumerism" – consumers must sort through claims that products are good for them, responsibly produced and eco-friendly.

This conference is sponsored by The Center for Consumer Research, Haub School of Business, Saint Joseph's University.
