This year's meeting features a mini-conference on ethics, public health and the environment. The keynote speaker will be Ezekiel J. Emanuel, M.D., Ph.D., chair, Department of Clinical Bioethics, The NIH Clinical Center, National Institutes of Health. He will speak on ethical issues in universal health care reform.
