George Washington University’s Avance Center for the Advancement of Immigrant/Refugee Heath holds its Regional Conference on Advancing Health Equity for Latino Youth & Families.
The day-long event aims to look at migration trends in the Washington, D.C., area as well as ways to address health disparities among Latinos. The center is part of GWU’s Milken Institute School of Public Health.
