This conference of pulmonologists, critical care specialists and sleep specialists will gather in San Francisco in late May 2012. Last year, 13,000 people from 95 countries attended.
According to Karon Fagan, M.D., Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Pharmacology and
Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Division at University of South Alabama, “The conference helps clinicians better understand the evolution of the most advanced treatments. Attendees hear from the investigators themselves—from the scientists who performed the first studies to the clinicians who are applying those ideas to patient care.”
