The University of Maryland hosts a panel discussion on how community-based interventions can help address health promotion and disease prevention with vulnerable populations, as well as the role of public-private partnerships in tackling health disparities.
Dr. Eliseo Pérez-Stable, director of the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities at the National Institutes of Health is a featured speaker. Other panelists include representative from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Gina Healthcare and the University of Minnesota.
