WCSJ2013 provides opportunities for science journalists and communication professionals to meet and to engage in international dialogue with researchers, decision makers and citizens. Science journalists will be able to exchange ideas and discuss their roles in the new and rapidly changing media landscape.
WCSJ2013 provides an agenda for revisiting our values and approaches in interactive sessions. There will be a special emphasis on cultural events, while not forgetting the source of our daily bread – science news.
The host organisations, the Finnish Association of Science Editors and Journalists (FASEJ) and the World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ), will be very happy to meet you in Helsinki during the peak of the white nights of Finnish summer.
