From Rebecca Gluskin:
Data2go.nyc, a free, easy-to-use online mapping and data tool created by the nonprofit Measure of America of the Social Science Research Council with funding from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust. It brings together for the first time federal, state, and city data on a broad range of issues critical to the well-being of all New Yorkers.
Data2gohealth.nyc will launch soon.
Measure of America examines well-being and access to opportunity for different geographies and demographic groups in New York City and the greater New York–New Jersey–Connecticut metropolitan area using the human development framework and index. This report also examines a range of issues that contribute to and/or are compounded by the well-being challenges faced by many New York City communities, such as child poverty, health inequities, racism, and residential segregation.
From Kathy Hempstead:

From Marc Gourevitch:
With support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the City Health Dashboard has expanded to offer data on 37 measures for the 500 largest U.S. cities – those with populations of about 66,000 or more – representing approximately one-third of the U.S. population. Equipped with these data, local leaders have a clearer picture of the challenges facing their communities and how to address them.
