DESCRIPTION:Zero to Three\, a nonprofit organization focused on the well-being and development of babies and toddlers\, holds its annual conference in New Orleans. The three-day event includes sessions on a host of issues\, from substance-abused infants and the impact of home visitation to trauma and family dynamics.
