Bush Institute and Give an Hour\, a organization focused on military community’s mental health\, hold a panel discussion to address the mental health and well being of the U.S. veteran population. \nDr. David Shulkin\, under secretary for health at the U.S. Department of Veterans\, delivers the keynote address at the event\, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at the National Press Club in Washington\, D.C. \nRepresentatives from the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) also will participate.
