SUMMARY:Virtual Summit on Specialty Pharmacy
DESCRIPTION:The Catalyst for Payment Reform will host a Virtual Summit on Specialty Pharmacy that will include an overview of specialty pharmacy issues and address what employers need to know about these medications\, most of which are high-cost drugs\, and what health insurers are doing to manage the cost of these pharmaceuticals. \nSpeakers will include Lee Newcomer\, MD\, of UnitedHealthcare\, Edythe Ferris of Anthem\, Kate Farley of the Pennsylvania Employees Benefits Trust Fund\, Bryan Amick of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and Robert Galvin\, MD\, of Equity Healthcare.
