Need financial assistance to attend Health Journalism 2011, the annual conference of the Association of Health Care Journalists?

Thanks to the New York State Health Foundation's generous support, AHCJ will be able to grant a number of professional fellowships for the conference in Philadelphia.

Fellowships are open to full-time New York print, broadcast and online journalists and part-timers or freelancers who derive the majority of their income from journalism.

Fellowships include:

  • all conference registration fees
  • a one-year membership in AHCJ (new or extended)
  • up to four nights in the conference hotel (Wed.-Sat.)
  • Travel assistance will vary.

The application deadline was Feb. 23.
