Terms and conditions
1. Your Acceptance
A. By using the web badge on the following page (“web badge”), you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use”).
B. You agree you will use the web badge only in accordance with the Terms of Use.
C. You warrant and represent that you are either an AHCJ member registered to attend Health Journalism 2011, or an exhibitor or speaker at Health Journalism 2011 (“Permitted User”).
D. You agree not to modify the web badge in any way other than to proportionally shrink or enlarge the web badge to fit in the desired media.
2. Limited License
As a Permitted User, AHCJ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, world-wide license to use the web badge in any media, including but limited to your web site, your employer’s website, your social media sites, or printed materials, until 11:59 p.m. on April 17, 2011. Thereafter, you agree to cease all uses of the web badge.
