We invite exhibitors to join us at Health Journalism 2009!

We are pleased to announce that Health Journalism 2009, the 10th annual conference of the Association of Health Care Journalists, will be April 16-19 in Seattle.

If you were at last year's conference in Washington, D.C., you know that our participant attendance increased dramatically from previous years. We anticipate that trend to continue in the coming years; especially with health care being such a hot topic as the next president takes office.

Take advantage of this opportunity to increase your exposure with health care reporters, editors and producers from the United States and abroad. Award-winning reporters, medical experts and policy specialists will take part in sessions on medical research, public health, the business of health care and consumer health.

Past exhibitors have told us that AHCJ conferences give them the opportunity to interact with reporters they regularly e-mail and talk to on the phone and to let new journalists know about the information they have to offer that will help them write their stories. They say that they also learn more about what reporters like and don't like.

If you register by Feb. 16, you can reserve a 6-foot exhibit table (with a bonus quarter-page ad in the conference program) for $1,495. If you prefer a larger display area, you can reserve a space for two 6-foot tables (with a bonus half-page ad in the conference program) for $1,795.

If you exhibited at Health Journalism 2008, you're eligible for a 10 percent discount on those prices.
