Executive Chef Anthony DeMuro and his staff boost of an innovative and bold menu. Open only for dinner, on Tuesdays through Saturdays, 4:30-10 p.m. Semi-formal attire. No cell phone or pager use. Pointe in Tyme Grille: This restaurant, with its 360-degree bar, is more casual, with a contemporary menu of soups, salads, pasta, steaks, seafood and seasonal dishes. Open 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bar and lounge remain open as late as midnight, as business permits.

Cascades Café: Light outdoor dining and cocktails in the vicinity of flowing water features of Falls Water Village. Here you will find a menu of healthy salads and sandwiches. Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
