Please keep in mind that the information you submit on this form will appear on the AHCJ website, though the page will require AHCJ members be logged in to see it. Please allow at least a couple days for your information to appear.

Before you fill out the form, we suggest that you check to see who else is looking for someone to share a room or transportation.

We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $169 plus tax per night.

Our block of rooms is available until March 3 or until the block is full. In the past, our block has filled a month prior to the cut-off date so make your reservation early as we can’t guarantee this price once the block is full. See the hotel page for more information.
