Model legislation would discourage physicians from leaving health insurance networks


The National Academy for State Health Policy is hosting a webinar to explain its new model legislation designed to limit out-of-network provider rates and thus discourage health care providers from abandoning health insurance plans. The ultimate goal is to lower costs to consumers.
