Free SciLine Media Briefing


SciLine, a free service for journalists from the American Association for the Advancement of Science, is holding a media briefing about the physical and mental health effects of experiencing extreme heat for different demographics. These include children, older people and outdoor workers. Panelists will discuss trends in deaths, hospitalizations and other outcomes, disparities in outcomes and measures communities can take to keep people safe. Panelists will also take questions from reporters.
