The COVID-19 Data Dispatch and the National Association of Science Writers is hosting a workshop series that will explore the major challenges facing journalists and communicators who use data to cover the COVID-19 pandemic. Gain insight into the field and learn how to use these data in your own stories.

We'll cover three topics:

• Analyzing COVID-19 data sources, on February 17 (1-2 PM ET) with Drew Armstrong and Arielle Levin Becker

• Engaging with COVID-19 data providers, on February 24 (2-3:15 PM ET) with Liz Essley Whyte, Tom Meagher, and Erica Hensley

• Communicating COVID-19 data, on March 3 (4:30-5:45 PM ET) with Christie Aschwanden, Ann Choi, and Will Welch
