South Florida chapter event: Health Journalists are invited to a meet-and-greet |

Independent Journalists Meryl Davids Landau and Rachele Hendricks-Sturrup have launched a new South Florida chapter of the Association of Health Care Journalists (AHCJ). Our aim is to create social events and programming for health care journalists in the area (whether you report on health policy, wellness, specific medical conditions, alternative medicine…).
You do not have to be a member of AHCJ to attend any of our events

AHCJ will pay for the first $10 of your food or drinks
Free parking is available on the street, or $1/hour parking can be found at the Van Buren Garage, 251 S. 20th Street
For those of you who had been looking forward to our previously planned event with the speaker from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma, we hope to be able to reschedule that. (If you would like to help us plan this or any other event, please let us know.)
