Join us as we kick off the AHCJ's new South Florida Chapter at our first luncheon event in downtown Fort Lauderdale! The event will take place from 12-2 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2017, at the Broward County Main Library, 100 S Andrews Avenue (6th floor).
The event includes guest speaker Angela Brice-Smith, deputy consortium administrator for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' southern region, who will provide the latest updates on chronic care management, the CMS' quality payment program, and opioid abuse, a public health problem that has and continues to affect people in South Florida. Brice-Smith will be available for questions before and after her presentation.
A pre-payment fee of $10 will cover the cost of lunch if paid by Sept. 5. Thereafter, the lunch fee will be $15. Those who would like to RSVP to attend may use Paypal to pay to the account of Meryl Davids, the AHCJ South Florida Chapter Chair, at MERYLD@aol.com.
