Please join the AHCJ Philadelphia chapter and heart experts from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to learn more about how far that field has come – and where it’s going.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet some of CHOP’s world-renowned experts, hear about groundbreaking research in the field, see the newest devices available for the smallest children in heart failure, and hear a family tell their dramatic story about childhood heart failure and the wait for a heart transplant.
