More than a dozen journalists gathered at the ECRI Institute’s Plymouth Meeting, Pa., research campus, for sessions focused on gadgets, the built environment and safety innovations on Jan. 29.
According to Laurie Menyo, director of public relations and marketing communications for the ECRI Institute, health reporters learned about disinfection robots, Google Glass, 3-D printers, post-discharge clinics, adolescent and young adult cancer centers, and middleware for clinical alarms.
