When experts disagree. “While I don’t know how much I’ll be able to use in my reporting, the ‘when experts disagree’ has been my favorite.” The panel did a good job of making you think.

Marshall Allen with ProPublica. “The hospital rating seminar could have been dry and boring but he spiced it up.”
Best tip:
Some of the suggestions on social media were good, particularly the “3 gives and a get” as it relates to Twitter.
Looking forward to:
Deciphering inspection reports. “There are more than 20 hospitals in the market I cover. Anything [is helpful] that can make a difference in reports and things to analyze.”
